Le Sciure

It’s about 80 degrees outside now days, but yet it seems Italians are having a hard time parting with their warm designer coats and quality leather boots.  This is both true for the young Bocconi students and the other citizens. It’s a little comical how the exchange students are complete opposite- running around the university in polos, t-shirts, shorts, and sometimes, even flip-flops (designer Havaianas, of course). Not sure  “le sciure” – Milanese slang for fashion-conscious, extremely groomed signoras (= to American slang “cougar”) – would approve.
